I practice what I teach, by continually working on my own leadership, business, innovation and creativity skills.

I connect with great leaders at: Mindful Leadership Summit, People + Strategy, Leading and Organizing for Change, Design Thinking and Work Human.

As a teacher I develop courses using evidence-based, brain-friendly approaches to learning.

Some of my favorite creative courses include: Improv, stand up comedy, pottery, jewelry making, writing, meditation, and Podcasting 101.

When I'm not working, I travel.

The physics law I live by:
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction (Sir Isaac Newton). When you look for + develop the good in others, you will get the best from them.
